GENERAL
- Please have visual references of your character when commissioning
- Does not have to be a character sheet exactly
- Any other additional references will be helpful too for detailsPAYMENTS
I accept full payment upfront or partial payments.For partial method, you will pay the first half upfront and then I will start on your request. The 2nd payment will be once the artwork is done and approved, before I send over the final artwork files.REVISIONS
During the sketch phase, please inform me if you have any big revisions so that I can minimize it in the later stages for smooth process.If there are any big changes that is requested at the coloring stage, additional fees may be charge depending on complexity of the revision.UPDATES & DEADLINES
Turnaround Period: 5-14 days, depending on complexityI will contact you either through twitter DM, email or discord, whichever you prefer for me to contact you for updates for your commission progress. Updates are sent every 1-2 days! The final HD artwork will only be handed over once full payment is made on VGen.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The only commercial use that I approve by default is for streaming purposes and content use (posting on social media). But if you have the intent to use my art for other commercial uses such as making merch, Please do inform me beforehand when you request. There will be extra charge depending on the artwork, the type of merch and quantity.Please credit me when using it on any platforms.
Any form of tracing/editing/amending over my art is not allowed.REFUNDS
Refunds are not allowed after the sketching process has been approved.For partial payments, if you cancel after the first payment has been made, that payment will not be refunded.COMMUNICATION
